About the Role

Ventia is seeking an experienced and strategic Asset Data Lead to join our Defence & Social Infrastructure (D&SI) Asset Management team. This role is pivotal in driving data integrity, governance, and innovation across asset-related digital platforms. You will lead the development and implementation of data frameworks, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and support decision-making through advanced analytics. Your work will directly contribute to Ventia’s goal of becoming an industry-leading asset management provider.

This is a permanent, full-time role based in our Cremorne head office.

About You

You are a data-driven professional with a passion for asset management and digital innovation. You bring :

A bachelor’s degree in data management, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field

Proven experience in asset data management, governance, and analytics

Strong technical skills in SQL, Python, and data visualisation tools

Familiarity with asset tracking technologies and standards like ISO 55000

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities

A collaborative mindset and strategic thinking to align data initiatives with business goals
