    About the Role

    We are looking for a confident and strategic Head of Marketing to lead our marketing team and drive the growth of the T.C Boxes brand.

    You will be responsible for shaping our brand presence, developing comprehensive marketing strategies, and delivering measurable results across all channels.

    This is a senior leadership role that will see you working directly with the CEO and executive team to drive business growth through innovative marketing initiatives.

    You'll lead a dynamic marketing team and be responsible for everything from brand development to performance marketing, content creation, and customer engagement strategies.

    Key Responsibilities

    Strategy & Leadership

    • Lead the development and execution of the annual marketing strategy that drives growth and brand recognition
    • Collaborate with the CEO and executive team on brand direction and business alignment
    • Manage and mentor the marketing team to deliver high-impact outcomes
    • Lead budget planning, forecasting, and performance reporting
    • Brand & Creative

    • Own and evolve the T.C Boxes brand identity and ensure consistency across all channels
    • Oversee all creative direction across campaigns, product drops, social media, and content
    • Ensure the brand tone of voice is upheld in all customer-facing content
    • Manage relationships with external creative agencies and content partners
    • Digital & Performance Marketing

    • Oversee digital strategy including paid social (Meta, TikTok), SEM, display, and retargeting
    • Drive customer acquisition, conversion, and retention across digital platforms
    • Optimise campaigns based on performance data and insights
    • Ensure effective use of email, CRM, and lifecycle marketing tools
    • Campaigns & Analytics

    • Plan and execute product and seasonal campaigns from ideation to launch
    • Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance, customer behaviour, and ROI
    • Use insights to refine targeting, messaging, and media mix
    • Oversee influencer marketing, brand collaborations, and ambassador programs
    • About You

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
    • Minimum 5-7 years' experience in a senior marketing role, ideally in e-commerce, or lifestyle retail brands
    • Demonstrated experience in leading brand, digital, and performance marketing strategies
    • Strong leadership and team development skills
    • Strategic mindset with a strong grasp of digital performance metrics
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Postgraduate qualification in Marketing, Digital, or Leadership
    • Experience using platforms such as Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Shopify, and Klaviyo
    • Strong knowledge of marketing analytics and reporting tools
    • Experience in the automotive accessories or outdoor lifestyle industry will be highly regarded
