• What you will do
• Help support the Store Manager in leading, motivating and inspiring your team
• Actively drive your team to achieve and exceed store sales budgets and KPI's
• Deliver an unbeatable customer experience
• Visual merchandising
• Stock management and loss prevention
• Help train your team to support developing internal talent
• Be a Billini ambassador that influences our company culture and encompasses our core values : passionate, collaborative & progressive.
• About you
• 1 year experience in a retail leadership role with a proven ability to drive sales and achieve KPIs
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Strong interpersonal skills to motivate and lead a team to reach their full potential
• Excellent communication skills and personal presentation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume sales environment
• Available to work on a full-time basis, 38 hours per week
