Cleaning Services Team Leader

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in our manufacturing facility to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies. • Your Responsibilities will include
• Lead Cleaning Services team
• Perform cleaning and sanitisation activities in designated areas of the manufacturing facility, including production rooms, equipment, and common areas
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and cleaning protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards
• Use cleaning chemicals and disinfectants safely and according to established procedures
• Operate cleaning equipment, such as vacuum cleaners, floor scrubbers, and pressure washers, safely and efficiently
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of cleaning tasks and support overall facility operations
• Attributes
• Previous experience in cleaning services, preferably in a manufacturing or healthcare environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and procedures accurately
• Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
