We're seeking an experienced Embedded Software Engineer to join their team, contributing to a diverse product portfolio across the entire software development lifecycle.

You will be collaborating with a dynamic team of multi-disciplinary engineers shaping the future of cutting-edge products.

About the opportunity Develop innovative products used to enhance autonomy through IoT devices.Participate in all stages of software design, implementation, testing, and product release.Contribute to the design of system architecture.Work as part of a talented team of software engineers and engineers from other disciplines across different projects.Support test features through both simulations and the physical product.Work across a codebase of C and C++, with a focus on embedded systems.Work with QT framework.Join an established team, focusing on the companies flagship product which already has thousands of units in the field.Work to create new features on existing products, maintain and customise features, and be involved in the development of new products.Competitive remuneration.Free onsite parking.Qualifications in a relevant engineering discipline or equivalent.Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Self-starter who is able to work autonomously.Ability to turn user requirements into an effective engineering design.You've worked with contemporary software development lifecycle practices for task management, source code version control, continuous integration, and unit testing.Experience working on Linux.Ideally experienced in QT framework, or similar.Expertise in working on embedded systems and with IoT devices.Experience with cloud technologies.Strong programming skills in C / C++ for complex product development.Experience with sensing, communications, and location technologies is beneficial.Be based in Western Australia and hold unlimited working rights.Able to commute to the office for your role.For more information, please contact :
