We are Team Vincent.About the RoleThe Senior Strategic Planner will play a pivotal role in developing the City of Vincent's team into industry leaders by planning, managing, and delivering key strategic projects.This role is responsible for applying simple solutions for complex problems and providing professional guidance and mentorship to the multi-disciplinary team using best practice principles.What are we looking for?We are looking for a high performing candidate who excels in innovative problem solving, managing projects to tight deadlines, presenting to key stakeholders, and working in a collaborative, fast paced team environment.The candidate requires extensive experience in the preparation of local planning policies, local planning schemes and strategic plans under the Western Australian planning framework.
The successful candidate would also demonstrate an excellent ability to interpret and apply legislation.
