This equipment will be used in the installation of security facilities for the client's overseas property.
- Duties
- Manage project equipment stocks and assist with procurements to maintain required stock levels.
- Manage deliveries and storage of project equipment within Canberra and at offsite storage locations.
- Preparation and management of shipments to overseas missions.
- Maintain an inventory / register to control all security equipment at overseas destinations and in storage in Australia.
- Undertake stocktake and audit of domestic security equipment.
- Work under limited supervision, including planning, prioritising and organising work for self to achieve deadlines.
- Required experience / skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated ability to work individually and as part of a team.
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision in adverse or high stress environments.
- Experience with Gallagher Type 1A Alarm Systems and Electronic Access Control Solutions.
- Experience with Commonwealth procurements including the Commonwealth Procurement Rules.
