About the role
Join the NSW Police Force as the Delivery Director Policing Technology Program and lead the exciting transformation of NSWPF’s operational policing systems. This role presents a unique opportunity to be a part of a leadership team over-seeing the introduction of a suite of the very latest technological systems designed to ensure the NSWPF remains at the cutting edge of modern-day policing. The Policing Technology Program is bringing smarter, more streamlined systems to transform the way we work, meaning we can better prevent, disrupt, and respond to crime, reinforcing our reputation as a world-leading policing agency.
As Delivery Director for the Policing Technology Program, you’ll be accountable for the strategic leadership and end-to-end delivery of a multi-tranche program to modernise the NSW Police Force’s Digital Infrastructure replacing outdated technology to prevent critical systems failure. Building responsive and efficient technology that allows rapid prevention, detection, and response to crime. Creating systems that deliver a cleaner, quicker user experience delivering noticeable results for those on the frontline. Deploying technological capabilities to the frontline leading to a significant improvement in incident response time and sharing of information.
