Store Manager- Retail- Sorrento

We are on the look out for a summer lover to join our Sorrento team! A little bit about us - we love swimwear and helping our customers feel good in it! We have been around for 35 years and we think we're pretty good at spotting a good swimsuit when we see it.

We are searching for an awesome Store Manager for our beachside store in Sorrento. It might be our smallest store but it packs a punch!

About the role :

Supported by our Retail Manager and Head Office team you will lead a small but mighty team to drive sales and exceptional customer service.

We are looking for someone with 2 years or more experience in retail management. You are passionate about customer service, fashion, retail sales and can demonstrate your ability to meet KPIs. Possessing amazing leadership skills, you can effectively communicate with your team.

• Responsibilities
• Motivating, educating, and supporting your team to provide amazing customer service
• Driving and motivating your team to achieve sales budgets and targets
• Monitoring rosters and run sheets
• Mentoring, developing, and providing valuable feedback to your team
• Assisting in Visual Merchandising, ensuring your store is well presented and an engaging environment for both our team and customers
• Providing feedback to Head Office on all aspects of your store - stock, sales etc.
