• Job tasks and responsibilities

Your position will be 'Services Consultant', The main responsibilities of the role include :

• Work alongside a committed team to service and clean rooms and public areas to surprise and delight our guests.
• Make beds, clean bathrooms and kitchens, remove rubbish and dirty linen.
• Clean, dust and tidy set items and areas as per cyclical cleaning roster.
• Report maintenance requirements promptly.
• Assess supplies of amenities for replacement.
• Use equipment and chemicals in accordance with safety procedures and manual handling requirements.
• Skills and Experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High standard of personal presentation.
• The ability to work within a team or autonomously.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organisation and time management.
• The ability to multitask.

Previous experience working in a housekeeping role, hotel environment would be highly regarded, but not essential.
