Your role

Responsibilities

• Engaging in consulting, surgical, and medical case management at a comfortable pace.
• Participating in an 18-month Graduate Development Program with structured modules, workshops, and clinical placements.
• Choosing clinical placements aligned with personal interests, including Specialty & Emergency hospitals and international placements.
• Networking with peers in the Graduate Development Program cohort.
• Attending the annual Greencross Clinical Conference.
• Receiving mentorship from experienced in-clinic teams and a Regional Clinical Director.
