Key Responsibilities

Monitor the progress of construction projects and ensure compliance with construction safety regulations.

Supervise labourers, trades, and subcontractors, educate on site safety practices, and evaluate employee performance.

Adhering to site and project deadlines.

Assist with the project set up.

Regular client liaison and site meetings.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years' experience as a Site Supervisor with Industrial or Commercial Projects.

Can set up projects and deliver them.

Accurate site record keeping.

Good liaison skills between clients, site staff, and office teams.

Trade Qualified (Highly Desirable)
