Job Description

Location : Blair Athol North School

Hours : Monday to Friday, 8 : 30 AM to 2 : 30 PM within school terms.

About The Role

As a Canteen Manager in a primary school setting, you'll oversee daily operations of a sole operated site, you are responsible for opening & closing of the canteen, cash handling, cooking, food safety & lunch box system service using our online ordering app "Flexischools". You'll represent Spotless, ensuring high-quality service for clients, students, and staff while following our policies.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain good relationships with clients.Handle client requests and concerns promptly.Manage the budget and monitor food and labour costs.Lead and motivate the team, ensuring a positive work environment.

Qualifications And Experience

Certificate of Commercial Cookery (desirable but not essential)Experience in managing food services and preparing special diets.Knowledge of food safety laws and a valid food handling certificate.Strong English communication skills.Computer literate
