About The Role Take ownership of implementing quality control processes at Chef Fresh. Supervise a team of quality officers to ensure the delivery of high-quality products. Your responsibilities include :

Upholding compliance with Process Control Procedures across the production line Serving as a key contact for food safety and quality with the production team Overseeing supplier verification and standards communication Collaborating with team members and leaders to drive improvements Managing quality and inspection reporting for the Coles Quality and Commercial teams About You And Your Skills Diploma or equivalent in Food Science or related field Experience in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment Leadership experience with direct reports Strong prioritization, time management, and communication skills Proactive, quick to identify challenges and risks Ability to learn and operate quality testing tools and systems We support candidates with disabilities and operate under a Drug & Alcohol Policy, including possible random testing and a full physical as part of the recruitment process.
