Our client is looking for a passionate and bubbly individual to join their team in a role that offers the opportunity to learn the ins and outs of a wholesale business. As part of this exciting role, you will work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, problem-solving, and handling technical queries.

  • What you'll do
  • Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly and bubbly personality that engages customers.
  • Learn about the latest outdoor adventure products and become an expert in the field.
  • Assist with order processing, data entry, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Help with improvement and growth projects, such as assessing and processing warranty claims.
  • Participate in stock takes and ensure stock is replenished in a timely manner.
  • Work alongside the team to set up and pack down camping gear, as well as conduct product testing when required.
  • Undertake trips to our off-site partners and work collaboratively to ensure customer satisfaction.
