Your opportunityIn this role you will utilise your ability to build positive and effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, help assess, prioritise and manage incoming correspondence, invitations and briefing notes ensuring they are registered in a timely manner. You will play a key role in contributing to the development and implementation of improvements, processes and quality control methods to ensure a high standard of output and client service from the team.
Experience using an electronic records management system (for example, TRIM) and Microsoft Office (specifically Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint) is highly desired.
