Job descriptionEnsure that the designated work, service and living areas are held to a high standard of cleanliness Follow Cleaning Policies and Procedures Achieve completion targets within allocated timeframes, respond to timely ad-hoc cleaning requests Housekeeping of Residents rooms within the Village environment as per schedule; stripping and making beds, removing, and replacing linen / towels, cleaning ensuites and all ablutions Minesite Cleaning of Site offices and facilities, crib rooms and all ablutions Appropriate storage and use of Chemicals Maintain adequate supplies of cleaning materials / consumables levels, assist with EOM stock take audits Laundry duties such as removal and replacement of linen / towels, sorting, folding and storage Notifying the Supervisor of any maintenance requests / issues required within the Village / Site Assist other departments from time to time, if required VALID C Class License (mandatory) Australian Working Rights Ability to pass a comprehensive (Client) Pre-Employment Medical including Fit Testing, Functional Testing and Instant Drug and Alcohol Screening Current satisfactory National Police Check (within 6 months) Demonstrated experience at a Minesite Village with Cleaning and First Aid (desirable) Basic Systems and Technology experience i.e., iClean, MS Office, online / web-based Payroll & Training requirements Ability to prioritise, multi-task and adapt to changing work tasks in a fast-paced environment Ability to work autonomously, be a self-motivator and respond to requests in a timely manner Demonstrate a professional approach in the workplace, with excellent customer service skills Have a strong commitment to the safety of yourself and others
About The Opportunity
Programmed Facility Management are seeking an experienced Housekeeper / Cleaner to join our Village Management Team. This is an excellent opportunity to be a part of an essential team that provides soft services such as Village Management, Catering, Transport, Cleaning and Utility services to a well-known Mining Company situated in the Mid-West, WA.

Key Responsibilities
This position is responsible for the cleaning and general upkeep of >
600 Accommodation Rooms, Village and / or Minesite facilities. That areas are kept clean, orderly, and properly always maintained. Ad hoc support to the Village Team is occasionally required.
