Programmed Facility Management are seeking an experienced Housekeeper / Cleaner to join our Village Management Team. This is an excellent opportunity to be a part of an essential team that provides soft services such as Village Management, Catering, Transport, Cleaning and Utility services to a well-known Mining Company situated in the Mid-West, WA.

Key Responsibilities
This position is responsible for the cleaning and general upkeep of >
600 Accommodation Rooms, Village and / or Minesite facilities. That areas are kept clean, orderly, and properly always maintained. Ad hoc support to the Village Team is occasionally required.
Duties include :
Ensure that the designated work, service and living areas are held to a high standard of cleanlinessFollow Cleaning Policies and ProceduresAchieve completion targets within allocated timeframes, respond to timely ad-hoc cleaning requestsHousekeeping of Residents rooms within the Village environment as per schedule; stripping and making beds, removing, and replacing linen / towels, cleaning ensuites and all ablutionsMinesite Cleaning of Site offices and facilities, crib rooms and all ablutionsAppropriate storage and use of ChemicalsMaintain adequate supplies of cleaning materials / consumables levels, assist with EOM stock take auditsLaundry duties such as removal and replacement of linen / towels, sorting, folding and storageNotifying the Supervisor of any maintenance requests / issues required within the Village / SiteAssist other departments from time to time, if requiredAbout You

You will possess :
VALID C Class License (mandatory)Australian Working RightsAbility to pass a comprehensive (Client) Pre-Employment Medical including Fit Testing, Functional Testing and Instant Drug and Alcohol ScreeningCurrent satisfactory National Police Check (within 6 months)Demonstrated experience at a Minesite Village with Cleaning and First Aid (desirable)Additionally, you will also possess the following skills :
Basic Systems and Technology experience i.e., iClean, MS Office, online / web-based Payroll & Training requirementsAbility to prioritise, multi-task and adapt to changing work tasks in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work autonomously, be a self-motivator and respond to requests in a timely mannerDemonstrate a professional approach in the workplace, with excellent customer service skillsHave a strong commitment to the safety of yourself and othersAbout Us
