• What we are looking for
• 1-on-1 selling skills (Working alone)
• Excellent oral & written communication skills in English
• Addressing any customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Representing the brand in a positive and professional manner, and upholding its values and mission.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and other performance metrics.
• Provide product knowledge and education to customers to help them make informed purchase decisions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and provide a high level of after-sales service.
• Good with hands (Small repairs and modifications)
• Strong customer service skills with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once.
