  • What this opportunity involves

As the Risk and Compliance Manager, you'll ensure that risk is managed and that legislative, EHS and contractual compliance is managed across our Australian Federal Government agency portfolio.

Undertake compliance reviews to ensure our account team are meeting contractual responsibilities, covering WHS as well as statutory requirements. You'll be reviewing KPI's, management plans, operation manuals, property portfolio benchmarking and satisfaction surveys.

  • An Overview of the role
  • Attend monthly operations / compliance meetings

    Work with landlords to ensure WH&S plans are in place

    Work with facility management teams to ensure property inspections are complete

    Undertake training of facilities management staff to be able to conduct compliance tasks

    Develop communications and 'playbook' sessions in line with the training needs matrix of the account

    Implement JLL's commitment to staff, contractors and visitors by actively managing a zero tolerance to unsafe acts on-site

    Conduct compliance reviews to ensure FM teams are meeting our contractual and legal responsibilities

    Fulfill crisis management obligation in the event of a major incident

  • Sounds like you? This is what we are looking for
  • Extensive experience in facility, property or related field

    Proven track record in the risk and compliance with a history of achieving service excellence

    Strategic thinker who can deal with ambiguity and solve complex problems effectively

    Excellent communicator with organisational and presentation skills

    Financial management experience would be advantageous
