In this role, you will be the primary support for our business partners, suppliers, and internal teams, ensuring smooth operations from start to finish.What You'll Be Doing : Providing customer-focused administrative support and coordination for projects throughout their lifecycle.Serving as the first point of contact for inquiries via email, Microsoft Teams, and phone.Assisting business stakeholders with troubleshooting queries and guiding them on navigating our Vendor Management System (VMS) — Beeline.Tracking and monitoring Statements of Work (SOWs) from creation to completion, ensuring accuracy and deadlines are met.Ensuring timely submission of milestone payments, timesheets, and contract changes.Supporting the onboarding process for Professional Services Consultants.Building and maintaining professional relationships with clients and suppliers.Working as part of a close-knit team to provide exceptional service to all stakeholders.What We're Looking For : Strong communication skills—written, verbal, and active listening.A confident problem-solver who remains calm under pressure.Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.A true team player, ready to support and collaborate.Comfortable with change and ambiguity—our environment moves fast!Highly organized and motivated to take initiative.Solid experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and internet-based tools.Customer service experience in a client-facing role is preferred.Previous experience with a Vendor Management System (VMS) is a big plus.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being the "glue" that holds processes and people together.
