- Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working With Children Check (WWCC)—Employee version
- Current First Aid (HLTAID011) and CPR (HLTAID009) certificates
- COVID-19 vaccination (as per current guidelines)
- Valid Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle (preferred)
- Minimum 6 months of experience supporting people with behaviours of concern
- Completion of NDIS Worker Orientation Module
- Right to work in Australia
- Desirable
- Relevant qualification (e.g., Cert III or IV in Disability, Youth Work, Community Services)
- Experience with positive behaviour support strategies
- Strong communication and emotional regulation skills
