Disability Support Worker (Casual)

To be considered for this role, applicants must have the following :

• Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Working With Children Check (WWCC)—Employee version
• Current First Aid (HLTAID011) and CPR (HLTAID009) certificates
• COVID-19 vaccination (as per current guidelines)
• Valid Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle (preferred)
• Minimum 6 months of experience supporting people with behaviours of concern
• Completion of NDIS Worker Orientation Module
• Right to work in Australia
• Desirable
• Relevant qualification (e.g., Cert III or IV in Disability, Youth Work, Community Services)
• Experience with positive behaviour support strategies
• Strong communication and emotional regulation skills

• Ability to support the participant to regulate behaviour and promote independence
• Consistency, punctuality, and a proactive approach to care
