Payroll Officer

Our client is a people first multinational organisation that is currently on the lookout for an experienced SAP Payroll professional on a 12 fixed term contract.

• Role summary

This role sit's within the payroll team to assist with the end to end processing of payroll for upwards of 5000 staff members. This will include both fortnightly and monthly paid employees, ensuring that salaries and expenses are paid efficiently.

• About the role
• Full end to end payroll processing
• Resolving all payroll queries
• Payroll accounting reconciliation
• Dealing with any manual payroll calculations and terminations
• Maintain payroll records, including new starters, terminations and employee changes
• Skills & experience
• Minimum 5+ years experience in end to end Payroll with previous experience using SAP
• Experience with Success Factors, Kronos and Service Now would be beneficial
• Strong administration skills
• Keen attention to detail
• Excellent organisation and time management skills
