Job Title : Advanced Scaffolders

Location : The Hub Perth CBD (next to Perth Arena)

Pay Rate : $37 per hour + penalties + $3 site allowance + daily travel allowance + meal allowance

Duration : 12+ months

Hours : Monday - Friday : 6 : 45am starts for 9-10 hour days + 4-6 hours on Saturdays

Job Description : We are currently seeking experienced and skilled Advanced Scaffolders to join our team for an exciting project in the heart of Perth CBD. As an Advanced Scaffolder, you will play a crucial role in providing safe and efficient scaffolding solutions for our high-rise student accommodation apartments.

• Responsibilities
• Erecting and dismantling scaffold structures using cup lok and / or tube and clip scaffolding systems
• Interpreting and implementing scaffold design plans
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
• Conducting regular inspections and maintenance of scaffolding equipment
• Collaborating with other construction professionals to ensure smooth project progression
• Requirements
• Valid Advanced Scaffolding ticket / certification
• Proven experience in erecting and dismantling scaffold structures in a construction environment
• Strong knowledge of cup lok and / or tube and clip scaffolding systems
• Solid understanding of safety regulations and procedures
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions
• Commitment to maintaining a high standard of workmanship and attention to detail
