The RoleReporting to the Head of Payroll and overseeing a payroll of 3500 employees, you will be responsible for :
Leading the Payroll Operations Team (a team of 7) to perform the timely and accurate processing of pay runs, ensuring compliance with applicable awards and legislationEnsuring the Group meets all its statutory obligations with the Australian Taxation Office and State Revenue Offices;Continuously developing payroll processes, ensuring best practice adherence.Coordinate and sign off on all payroll related matters, including taxation, superannuation, payroll tax and other compliance activities.Set up processes to ensure data integrity and accuracy across all payroll systems, processes and reporting.Provide reporting to all stakeholders, including but not limited to finance, HR and retail operations.Provide leadership and guidance to the team members ensuring they are developed both personally and professionally to delivery best practice payroll services.You will have extensive experience in a hands-on payroll management role along with the following attributes :
High volume payroll experience within a medium - large scale businessExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsKnowledge of multiple awards / EBAsHigh level analytical skillsProject management skills and experienceHow to Apply
