We manage communications; create and maintain publications in print and online; and coordinate and support learning activities.This position is expected to support the team by : managing stock control and distribution of educational materials for events and stakeholdersproviding data entry and processing related to learning activitiesplanning, coordinating and managing learning activities (in-person and online) for people from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander corporations.The responsibilities of the role include : identifying and engaging facilitators and venuesprocuring and managing contracts for training materials, facilitators, venues and cateringassisting facilitators with logistics and travelreceiving and logging requests for training from external and internal sourcessupporting participants to register for, attend and give feedback on training activities, including booking travelcreating webinars and workshops in virtual systemspreparing and issuing certificates of attendanceentering data from evaluations and feedback.Our Ideal CandidateWe're looking for someone who is highly organised and has great attention to detail to support our team across all our functions, particularly managing our educational resources and assisting with our training activities.
Experience with government procurement is essential, and skills in data entry and customer service will make you a strong candidate.
We are looking for someone who is a good communicator and record keeper and demonstrates excellent written and oral communication skills.
