• store. This role will see you :
• Support and lead a small team of dedicated retail experts
• Complete operational activities including rostering, inventory management, VM, reporting, recruitment, training and coaching
• Deliver genuine and personalised service
• Contribute to the achievement sales and KPI targets
• Actively promote the brand as a Nine West ambassador
• Foster a supportive, high-performing and fun team culture
• Liaise with Concession support staff
• About you
• Proven retail (fashion) management experience
• Unconditionally high standards of management and customer service delivery
• Proven experience in the strategic selling skills
• Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets and objectives
• A committed and pro-active work ethic
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative and foster a fun, dynamic team environment
