Warehouse Team MemberâCasual with View to Full Time

Location : Cairns

Hours : Monday to Friday, approx. 7.30am start (35 hrs per week) | Some flexibility with hours

Our client is seeking a reliable and capable Warehouse Team Member to join their small and supportive team. This role operates in a fast-paced environment, working closely with transport companies, truck drivers, trawler crews, and warehouse staffâstrong communication skills and the ability to adapt are essential.

About the role :

You’ll work across both cold and warm areas of the warehouse and be required to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a calm and professional approach.

Please note , there is more work in the freezer than in the chiller, and time is also spent outside when unloading boats at the wharf.

Duties include (but not limited to) :

• Unloading trawler products into trucks
• Communicating effectively with boat crews
• Operating forklifts safely (high reach, sit down, electric pallet jack)
• Picking and packing orders, loading and unloading trucks
• Using warehouse software (receipting stock, restacking, finalising pick slips)
• General warehouse duties as required
• Driving a truck for deliveries

What We’re Looking For :

A current Forklift Licence
