The position is based in our Perth office. Job Role Work to a pre-planned call cycle providing product updates, promotions and check-ins to existing and new retailers as well as report weekly on call outcomes Ensure retailers have adequate stock, point of sale materials, education, VM & demo units Provide feedback & reporting to management on sales data, sell-through information & brand feedback Process orders & upsell where possible while ensuring that each retailer receives outstanding customer service Appropriately resolve retailer or VM issues and escalate as needed Manage & execute visual merchandising & fixtures with retailers Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activities, & retailer preferences to identify new opportunities Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, orders, operations to ensure smooth order fulfillment and timely delivery to customers Consistently achieve and / or exceed the monthly sales targets Possess strong product knowledge of the entire line of Mermade Hair products Requirements Excellent computer skills & ability to understand sales data, numbers & financials Full time role in Mount Lawley with flexible start & finish times Preferable 2 years of experience in marketing or sales Self-motivated, results-oriented, & able to work independently as well as part of a team Excellent negotiation, communication, & presentation skills Team player & positive "can do" attitude
