Job Description

We are expanding our team in Alexandria and surrounding suburbs ! We would love to welcome a passionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join us in making a positive impact in our community.

We are open to applications from Occupational Therapists of all experience levels seeking full-time or part-time roles.

In this role, you will :

  • Assess participants' emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental, and physical functions and capacities through clinical observations and standardized assessments.
  • Interpret findings to formulate individualized treatment goals for each participant.
  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
  • Support and advise on environmental adaptations, including home, school, work, and residential facilities.
  • Recommend assistive technology to help participants overcome functional limitations and promote independence.

Qualifications

  • Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • A proactive attitude, motivated by improvement and eager to learn from new ideas.
  • Desire to work in a fun, collaborative, and supportive environment.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • A genuine passion for working in the disability sector.
