What You Will Be Working On

Reporting to the General Manager, you will manage day to day operations of the department, staff development, and collaborate with ABN building companies, suppliers and other key stakeholders.

Other key responsibilities include :

• Lead and inspire the Operations team, conduct performance reviews, development plans, and instil a positive team culture
• Collaborate with ABN Masters team and other business units to identify best practices
• Develop and execute training programs to address areas for improvement
• Assist General Manager with budget forecasting, month end reporting and strategic planning and implementation.
