Overview :

Join the team as a Project Controls Specialist and play a critical role in ensuring the successful planning, scheduling, and execution of small to medium size projects in a portfolio of works on a Power Station project.

Responsibilities
Typical tasks will be
Cost Tasks
Loading projects in Ecosys
Baselining projects data for reporting
Updating progress and costs from schedule and Oracle
Issuing cost reports with analysis
Ensuring invoices are sent out correctly and on time
Planning tasks
Using a prescribed template placing the loaded Ecosys projects into the planning template
Updating progress from Ecosys into P6
Reviewing schedule with Leads for progress and dates
Uploading schedule milestones to Program level schedule

Qualifications :

Minimum 5 years experience

Experience in both cost analysis & planning is essential

Knowledge of Ecosys & P6

Able and willing to occasionally travel to local WA / Perth sites such as Bunbury, Kwinana, Pinjarra etc.
