About the Role : We are seeking an exceptional Cabinet Maker to join our client's team in Dandenong, specializing in premium cabinetry and sophisticated joinery projects. You'll be working with an established commercial cabinet making company that has built a reputation for delivering high-quality custom solutions across diverse sectors. This role involves crafting bespoke pieces featuring complex laminated panels, premium timber construction, and advanced manufacturing techniques that showcase true artisanship. Commercial Cabinet Making (workshop) – Laverton, Altona, Bayswater
High-End Residential Joinery (atelier) – Tullamarine, Dandenong

Benefits :

Full time hours

Collaborative artisan environment

Work with master craftsmen and premium material suppliers

Competitive hourly rate + Super, paid weekly on TFN

Pay : Ranging from $40 to $45 an hour + 11.5% Super. Penalty Rates : Time & a Half + Double Time possibility.

You Will Need :

Qualified Cabinet Maker with advanced joinery skills

Extensive experience in laminating processes and techniques

Expertise in complete cabinet manufacturing (not basic assembly)

Ability to interpret detailed technical drawings and project plans

Proven track record with high-end, intricate custom cabinetry projects

Exceptional attention to detail and finishing standards

Experience working with premium materials and sophisticated joinery methods
