We're seeking an enthusiastic full-time salesperson to join our experienced retail team.

  • About the Role

    • Due to continued growth, we're seeking an additional full-time salesperson to join our high performing in-store team.

    Reporting to our Store Manager, you will contribute to the overall running of our store, including :

  • Performing water analysis using state-of-the-art testing equipment
  • Advising customers on pool chemistry and prescribing chemicals required to correct water balance
  • Assisting customers with purchases of pool and spa chemicals, equipment and parts
  • Achieving sales through a commitment to customer satisfaction

    • You will be required to build strong relationships with our customers and provide them with trusted advice and solutions on maintaining their pool and spa.

  • Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience in retail sales and customer service
  • Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively
  • A positive attitude and a passion for retail sales within a team environment
  • Physical fitness, as regular heavy lifting is involved (up to 20kg)

    • Some knowledge of pool and spa maintenance is desirable, but not essential as full on-the-job training is provided.

    As we are open 7 days, availability to work weekends is essential.
