  • About the opportunity

    The Technical Consulting Manager leads a team of consulting professionals, provides domain (product, module, business process, technology) and thought leadership and acts as an interface with delivery. The focus of this position is managing, employee hiring, development and performance of professionals to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and targeted Go Lives, productivity, and utilization while minimizing consultant attrition. Collaborates on practice focus and development. Works closely with Project Managers, Resource Management, and Services Sales to strategize on staffing plans for customer projects and position appropriate consultants for customer engagements.

    As this is a Technical Consulting Manager role, a manager with a strong technical background is advantageous, and an ability to work with various stakeholders is high desired.

    • Strong at providing estimates, demand and resource management
    • Understands different technologies, such as integrations and development platforms and how that fits into Product and Project lifecycles.

    • Foresees potential problems and takes corrective action to ensure achievement of goals
    • Clear and concise in communicating information. Actively listens to what others are saying, seeking and sharing information
    • Skills and experience we value

    • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
    • Integration knowledge with HCM, technical design, developmental tools
    • Has strong leaderships, experienced in handling difficult conversations, a strategic thinker, and good resource management experience,
    • Has extensive experience in building relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and cross functional teams
