Travel in style with a company Tesla, plus fuel cards and tolls covered.Uncapped commission structure – get rewarded for your success!A strong team culture focused on learning, collaboration, and career growth.Structured onboarding and training, including a sales playbook and job shadowing.Phone and laptop provided!About The Role : Drive new business growth by identifying and converting leads with our industry partnersMaintain and strengthen relationships with existing industry partners to foster long-term loyalty.Conduct face-to-face customer visits in your territory, engaging with panel shops and industry partners.Achieve sales KPIs and targets with a focus on customer retention.Manage accounts and track progress using a fully mobile CRM.Reclaim lost customers and nurture existing relationships to maximize revenue.Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and legal, to ensure seamless service delivery.About you 3+ years' experience in business development, sales, or account management.Field sales experience with the ability to manage a territory independently.Strong relationship-building skills with a resilient sales mindset.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Experience in the automotive or related industry is preferred but not essential.Interested?
