We’re working with a growing ServiceNow delivery team that’s looking to bring on 2 experienced ServiceNow Consultants, 1 with a focus on Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) and the other Event Management (EM). This is a client-facing role where you’ll be involved from the earliest stages of a major engagement, helping shape the direction and success of the implementation.
What you'll be doing :
- Leading client-facing sessions to gather requirements and provide solution guidance
- Playing a key role in discovery, scoping, and roadmap development
- Delivering hands-on configuration and implementation of ServiceNow SPM or EM modules
- Acting as a trusted advisor to stakeholders across both business and technical functions
- Supporting solution design, and documentation where required
What we’re looking for :
Demonstrated experience delivering ServiceNow SPM or EM t solutionsStrong understanding of portfolio planning, program governance, or operational monitoring and alertingExcellent communication skills and comfort dealing with end clients and project sponsorsPractical, hands-on experience configuring ServiceNow modulesBonus : ServiceNow certifications or previous consultancy / delivery exposureThis is an opportunity with a client looking for a quick turn around.
