Want to be part of the team? I am seeking an experienced Business Analyst for a client in Sydney to take up a 5 months contract with a view of extension.

Your day at NTT Experience of going through churn lists, filtering users and working with the comms teams to contact themExperience of going through user feedback – filtering into work areas, and responding to people who probably just need to read the instructions or somethingCoordinating technical teams to resolve issues that have been reported – both within EUX and in other parts of the bank.Candidates should have knowledge of the End User environment, understanding of SOE builds, applications etc.The candidates need to be able to converse with people across the bank when dealing with issues.What would make you a good fit for this role? This is a large-scale migration of approx. 6000 users who are located globally.The client's main users are the developers from our Application Service Providers in India so the resources will need to work closely with those providers daily.If possible, JIRA skills would be great as we aligning to the client's PACE modelIf you think you match this requirement then email me your CV.
