About the Role The Chief People Officer (CPO) will play a pivotal role in shaping FA's workforce and people strategy during a period of transformation.
Reporting to the CEO, you will oversee HR functions, including people experience, culture, talent acquisition, engagement, performance, and learning.
Your responsibilities include advising the CEO and leadership team, managing the staff lifecycle, developing people initiatives, ensuring legal compliance, and implementing people technology.
About You We seek an experienced HR leader with at least 5 years in a complex organization undergoing change.
Experience in health, medical research, membership organizations, or grant-seeking entities is relevant; sports industry experience is a plus.
You should be people-centric, practical, and ethical, with strong influencing, negotiation, and industrial relations skills.
Ability to manage changing priorities is essential.
