This role has you contributing key inputs into IT strategy both presently and in the future working closely with all key department heads helping deliver key contracted IT services in both functionality and IT security.

Key responsibilities will include

Deliver contracted services efficiently to client SLA's and IT key controls to required compliance standards

Manage service of IT associated processes and communications

Managed a large data centre and all company owned infrastructure

Manage performance, manage, lead inspire, drive IT solution outcomes, capacity planning, security infrastructure, production and non production environments, databases, licensing

Report to key senior stakeholders both internal and external

Plan design manage and schedule production releases

Build and lead and operations team

Reduce operational risk

Foster a culture of operational excellence, customer focused, knowledge management,

Capacity planning and finding the optimal mix of ITO staff for various development requirements and operations

Forecast and budget and plan for new development requirements and create a structure and team according to client requirements and expectations
