NB Mowing is excited to offer an opportunity for a Lawn Mowing and Garden Hand to assist in all tasks required by customers at each site. NB Mowing Provides Lawn Mowing and Garden Maintenance services to multiple commercial and residential properties in the North Shore and it's surroundings each day

As an Lawn Mowing and Garden Hand, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for maintaining the beauty of outdoor spaces. Your primary duties will include :

Operating lawn mowers and other equipment to mow lawns to the standard of the business and within budgeted time allocated for each job

Assisting with basic garden maintenance, including weeding and hedge trimming and utilizing any tools required to perform tasks

Collaborating with experienced team members on various landscaping projects

Adhering to safety guidelines and maintaining a clean work environment

Embracing on-the-job training to develop skills and knowledge in gardening

Driving the company supplied Vehicle to job sites to perform tasks as required

Other basic ad hoc tasks as requested

Requirements

No prior experience necessary; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training

Physical fitness and stamina for outdoor work in various weather conditions and ability to maintain pace throughout the day

Eagerness to learn and a positive attitude

Ability to follow instructions and work well with and without supervision

Reliable transportation to and from work

Compensation

NB Mowing pays award wages and salary based on Gardening and Landscaping Services Award [MA000101]

Pay : $24.98 per hour
