Job descriptionPayroll Team Leader assist in identifying, developing, implementing and reviewing business processes that improve the overall operational efficiency of the team. About the role Lead and manage payroll team to meet deadlines and statutory obligations Coach and develop team members Perform and quality assure payroll processes Work with IT to maintain the payroll system Provide high-level client service on complex payroll issues Contribute to branch and team initiatives Ideally, you will have Experience leading and managing payroll teams Capability building experience Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills Excellent problem solving and organisational skills Values inclusion and diversity and builds inclusive teams. Education and Experience Requirements Experience in managing payroll teams to deliver payroll services Strong skills in payroll systems, helpdesk systems and Microsoft office products Experience in undertaking pay transactions on an automated pay management system How to apply Reference : 1358208
