Join Our Team as a Store Manager / Client Care Coordinator – Springwood Clinic (Fidelity Hearing Centre) Full-Time Role | Audiology Industry | Supportive and Professional Team

At Fidelity Hearing Centre, we're passionate about providing outstanding hearing care and exceptional client service. We're currently looking for a warm, organised, and proactive team memberto be the welcoming face of our Springwood clinic .

About the Role As our Client Care Coordinator, you'll play a key role in creating a positive experience for every client who walks through our doors. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a people-focused environment and enjoys making a difference in others' lives.

Key Responsibilities Greet clients with warmth and professionalism, both in person and over the phone Manage appointment bookings, reminders, and client follow-ups Support audiologists with clinic coordination and administrative tasks Maintain accurate client records using our practice management software Process payments, manage billing, and liaise with funding bodies (e.g., HSP or NDIS clients) Help with light office tasks to keep the clinic running smoothly Assist with connectivity (Bluetooth) connections with hearing aids Assist with other minor hearing aid maintenance and troubleshooting What We're Looking For Strong communication and interpersonal skills A friendly, empathetic, and professional manner Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability Confident using computers and learning new systems Prior experience in an audiology setting (advantageous, but not essential) A heart for helping others and a commitment to client-centred care Why Join Fidelity Hearing Centre?
