In your new role, you will oversee delivery excellence within our operational systems, focusing primarily on the JDE System. You'll lead system projects, troubleshoot issues, and provide comprehensive support and training to Village users. Frequent travel to sites will be required to impart JDE knowledge and drive innovation. Additionally, you'll develop communication structures, promote safety culture, and collaborate with departments to implement improvements.
If you possess a relevant degree or qualification in service delivery, operations, or commerce, along with 5+ years of experience in a related field, we want to hear from you.
You will have experience with ERP systems, particularly JD Edwards, is highly desired. Strong communication, planning, and project management skills are essential, along with a proactive problem-solving approach.
Your ability to extract and analyse data for improvement opportunities, along with your proficiency in system troubleshooting and support, will be crucial in this role.
