Job description

What does the job look like?

We are looking for an experienced HC truck driver to deliver timber products to stores, distribution centres and manufacturing facilities between Tumut, Newcastle and Sydney. We currently have a day shifts role, starting between 5AM / 6AM and working up to 12 hours, Monday to Friday. This role will be based out of Tumut. Key areas :

Flexible to work 12-hour shifts Monday to Friday, depending on site requirements
Completing correct load restraints and manual handling techniques
Always Driving to Linfox Safety Standards and ensuring that Vision Zero is a daily focus
Providing excellent customer service and representing Linfox in a professional manner
Good knowledge of Chain of Responsibility and road transport legislation
Ability to safely manage fatigue

Are you the one?

Current and valid HC license

History of safe work practices

Flexibility to work across different sites

Strong customer service and communication skills

Proactive approach and positive attitude
