About the Position Personal Care Workers to join us on a permanent part-time basis. If you are looking for job security but don't want full time, we have permanent shifts available where you can work up to 75 hrs per fortnight and get all the benefits of Holiday and Sick Leave as well as Salary Packaging which increases your take home pay. About you You will be flexible and able to work across a variety of shifts. You will love team work and the feeling of a job well done. Support residents with self-care including bathing and dressing Involvement with social and recreational activities Provide emotional, social and spiritual support to residents Be compassionate and personable Excellent written and verbal communication with the confidence & capacity to contribute to care plan documentation Committed to harmoniously working within a team environment Certificate III or IV in Aged Care (or similar) National Police Clearance (current within 6 months) Full Covid Vaccination evidence Hepatitis B & Tetanus immunisation evidence (or prepared to obtain) What We Offer A chance to work close to home, and make a difference within your local community Experience in a family-focused Aged Care facility, under a supportive manager Consistent and ongoing opportunities to learn, grow and develop skills Balance between work, life, study and other commitments with part-time hours Salary package upto $15,900 per annum of your salary tax free Additional $2,600 can be used for Entertainment expenses tax free Staff discounts at major retail outlets For further information please contact Lucy Payne - 07 38938900
