Our brand-new practice is opening its doors to the Canberra community, and we’re looking for a vibrant Treatment Coordinator to be the friendly face and guiding voice supporting patients through life-changing dental journeys.

Your New Role

This isn’t your average admin job—our Treatment Coordinator is the heartbeat of our clinic, ensuring every patient feels heard, supported, and inspired.

In this role, you’ll :

  • Educate and empower patients about treatment plans, options, and expected outcomes.
  • Be the trusted point of contact from first consult through to the final smile.
  • Coordinate appointments, surgical bookings, and follow-ups with ease.
  • Confidently discuss financial options and support patients with paperwork.
  • Work closely with our clinical and surgical teams to ensure everything runs like clockwork.

About You

You’ll thrive here if you :

  • Have experience in dental, healthcare, or high-end customer service (bonus points for dental implants knowledge).
  • Love building rapport and making people feel comfortable.
