About this role

As our Regional Education Support Officer, you'll provide essential administrative support to the regional leadership team, handling meeting coordination, travel arrangements, workshop logistics, and calendar management. You will report to the Operations Team Leader and work closely with the Regional Director of Training.

  • In this role, you will

offer high-level administrative assistance, including meeting coordination, documentation, and action item follow-up.

support project and workshop planning, covering logistics, communications, and content development.

oversee travel arrangements and conference attendance for regional team members.

coordinate and assist in evaluating education activities within the region.

Skills & Experience

Strong administrative and project management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Proven ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly.

Advanced Microsoft Office skills and time management expertise.
