Job DescriptionAs the L&D Coordinator, you'll support learning, engagement, and growth across the organisation through :

Training delivery : schedule, organise, and support effective training sessions

LMS management : maintain records, track compliance, and assist users

Data and reporting : monitor training data and provide actionable insights

Collaboration : liaise with teams to align and communicate L&D initiatives

Employee experience : support onboarding, retention, and engagement efforts

QualificationsWhat you'll bring to the role :

A degree in HR, Education, Business, or related field, plus 2-3 years' experience in L&D or a similar role

Confidence using LMS platforms, content tools, and reporting systems

Clear communication, strong organisation, and attention to detail

A proactive, adaptable approach with the ability to manage competing priorities

A team player attitude - collaborative, hands-on, and ready to jump in where needed
