Compa & Sando is located at Canberra Centre. we are looking for an experienced Barista to be part of our team.
The Role
- Make coffee and tea to a high quality and appearance
- Take orders and enter in POS
- Ensure standards of excellence are achieved regarding customer service staff presentation and grooming
- Beverage stocktake and ordering
- Lead by example and mentor train and guide new colleagues
- Help and support the team on the floor and in the bar when required
- 15 to 20 hours per week
