• Your Role

As our new Training Coordinatsor, your day to day will include conducting onboarding orientation sessions for all new employees, facilitating 'Red Carpet Induction' for new hires, and collaborating with department heads to identify training needs.

You will coordinate training sessions, manage logistics, and maintain accurate records of attendance and completion. Additionally, you will assist in evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and suggesting improvements.
